By accessing the 86idn platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with 86idn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 86idn Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 86idn will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact 86idn support immediately via in-platform live chat.
86idn applies a Know Your Customer process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued identity card (KTP), a valid passport, a selfie with identity document, or bank account statements matching the payment method registered on your account. KYC verification is mandatory before a Member's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit unless an account-level payment method update has been approved by the 86idn compliance team following satisfactory KYC documentation.
Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
86idn reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-risk. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or Prohibited Conduct.
86idn offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions (for example, during Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or major football tournaments such as the Champions League or Piala AFF). All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash balance. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (known as "arbing"), wagering only on excluded games or markets, or withdrawing immediately following the minimum qualifying deposit without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, 86idn reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Member's account.
All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically. 86idn will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
All bets and game stakes placed on the 86idn platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any real-money wager.
All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the odds and lines published at the time of placement. 86idn reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by manifest pricing errors. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout; if any leg is void, the bet is recalculated excluding the void selection. Asian handicap and voor bola (goal handicap) markets follow standard industry settlement rules as published on each market page.

86idn implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections, cryptographic password hashing, and role-based access controls for all staff handling Member data. Member data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with verified payment processing partners, KYC service providers, and where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 86idn shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:
86idn's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 86idn account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
86idn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any withdrawable cash balance (after deduction of any pending bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. 86idn will not return funds where the account has been closed due to confirmed fraud or serious Prohibited Conduct.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 86idn support via in-platform live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
86idn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the platform at the time of their next 86idn Login following the update. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each amendment.
Continued use of the 86idn platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. 86idn operates as a licensed and internationally regulated platform.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and 86idn, the Member is encouraged to contact 86idn's support team in the first instance via in-platform live chat. 86idn will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 86idn may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service. The decision of any appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents 86idn from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases involving Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or intellectual property infringement.
